As part of our ongoing commitment to cleanliness and safe food handling, the leadership at each of our locations undergoes training through the ServSafe National Restaurant Association. This organization exists to train the hospitality industry “about foodborne illness, how to prevent it and how to train employees in food sanitation,” as well as “basic food safety practices for preparing and serving food.”
ServSafe has also recently provided specific information “on how the Coronavirus spreads, its symptoms, prevention methods, and how to monitor potential cases.” We have trained our entire staff, utilizing these ServSafe guidelines, both for their protection and the protection of our guests.
Additionally, all of our restaurant and banquet locations undergo regular inspections by the local health inspector. We currently hold an A rating at each of our locations.
