Staff Spotlight

Delicious Heights Bedminster has a new look thanks to its building renovation, but our management team has a more seasoned look, thanks to the years of experience our general manager and chef bring to the restaurant.  Wally Espinosa, the general manager came to Delicious Heights in 2008 after working 15 years at the Short Hills Hilton where he was a 5 star employee.  He has worked at all 3 Delicious Heights locations, and has a vast knowledge of wines. Wally is the married father of 2 children and in his spare time, likes to customize and rebuild corvettes. Luis Calderon, the chef at Delicious Heights Bedminster, has been working in the restaurant industry for 20 years, gaining much of his experience in New York City in various French restaurants.  Luis came to Delicious Heights in 2011 and worked his way up, beginning as a sous chef.  He grew up in the fishing industry, which began his desire to be a chef.  His main hobby is Salsa dancing.
